Company Changes

As part of the natural progression of the business and to allow it to grow in to the future, we are making some behind the scenes changes.

John and Kath Jones have done a sterling job running the business since 2002, also running Cumbria Proficiency Test Centre until 2017. John and Kath are now handing the reigns over to the married partnership of myself, Joseph (Joe) Robson and my wife Lindsay Robson.

 

Administration, course enquiries and bookings will now be handled by Joe and Lindsay. The business will now be known as John Jones Training Services Ltd.

We aim to build on the high standards of training, customer service and advice that has been a key part of the business over the past 21 years. We will continue to work closely with existing clients and will welcome new enquiries and clients going forward.

John and Kath will still be a strong part of the team with John as one of our lead instructors and advisors going forwards. Kath will continue to deliver computer based assessments for courses such as pesticides and transport of livestock.

My role has come full circle with John Jones Training as I first worked for John and Kath in 2007 after setting up as a Lantra Trainer and NPTC assessor in 2005. I have continued to run many courses and assessments for John Jones over the years and look forward to handling the future running of the business.

Updates to the website will be ongoing with changes to the contact numbers, email address and contact address.

We will continue to offer all training and assessment services that John Jones Training has become renowned. Certification is available through Lantra, City & Guilds (NPTC) and many other awarding bodies. We will continue to offer bespoke training (tailored to the client and equipment) leading to a John Jones Training Services certification.

All instructors and assessors that we use are leading practitioners in their field and able to impart many industry gained years of experience and advice to clients, offering a friendly and professional service. Courses can be organised to be held at your sites providing the venue is suitable or you can join one of our many upcoming courses. Please feel free to contact us for availability and prices.
